Section 1

SECTION 1. July 4 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworkmg holiday in the City of Cadiz. Province of Negros Occidental, in commemoration of its charter day anniversary.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.) VICENTE C.
