Section 1

SECTION 1. June 19 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the whole Province of Laguna in honor of the birth anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, to be known as "Araw ng Kapanganakan ni Dr. Jose P. Rizal".

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
