AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARRA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Palawan District Office, an Extension Office of the LTO in the Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan..

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall issue the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
