AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAYOG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAHAYAGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOG. PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL TECHNICAL - VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BAYOG NATIONAL TECHNICAL - VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bayog National High School in Barangay Kahayagan, Municipality of Bayog, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be knowvi as Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All personnel, assets, liabilittes, and records of the Bayog National High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operatioimlization of the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days after its effecfcivity.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation
