Section 1

SECTION 1. January 17 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Olongapo, Province of Zambales, and in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in recognition of the achievements, contributions and heroism of James Leonard Tagle Gordon.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circular.
