AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE REGISTER OF DEEDS TO USE THE SEAL OF HIS OFFICE, INSTEAD OF THAT OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE IN CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND OTHER PAPERS WHICH REQUIRE A SEAL AND WHICH ARE ISSUED BY HIS OFFICE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provisions of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, all certificates of title, certified copies of documents, certificates of entry or registration, and other papers which require a seal, and which are issued by the register of deeds of the province or city, shall be sealed with the seal of his office.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
