AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAUWAY, CITY OF MANDALUYONG, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SENATE PRESIDENT NEPTALI A. GONZALES INTEGRATED SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1 Establishment of an Integrated School.

SECTION 1. Establishment of an Integrated School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an integrated school in Barangay Mauway, City of Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, to be known as the Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School.

Section 2 Appropriations.

SEC. 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3 Implementation.

SEC. 3. Implementation. - The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 4 Effectivity.

SEC. 4. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
