AN ACT DECLARING MAY 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS "STA. CRUZ DAY"

Section 1

SECTION 1. May 3 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque, to be known as "Sta. Cruz Day", in commemoration of its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, May 3 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Cabanatuan, Province of Marinduque.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
