AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, JARO DISTRICT, ILOILO CITY TO BE KNOWN AS USWAG SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an elementary school in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro District, Iloilo City to be known as Uswag San Isidro Elementary School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Uswag San Isidro Elementary School, the funding of which shall included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within one hundred twenty (120) days after its effectivity.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
