AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 26 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AND ALL ITS BARANGAYS TO BE KNOWN AS THE "FOUNDATION DAY OF THE CITY OF DASMARIÑAS"

Section 1

SECTION 1. November 26 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, and all its barangays to be known as the "Foundation Day in the City of Dasmariñas". Upon proclamation of the President, November 26 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Dasmariñas Province of Cavite.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
