Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Marcos, Municipality of Santa, Province of Ilocos Sur to be known as the Santa National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Santa National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Within ninety (90) day from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.) VICENTE C.
