AN ACT RENAMING THE ADIONG MEMORIAL POLYTECHNIC STATE COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DITSAAN-RAMAIN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AS THE “ADIONG MEMORIAL STATE COLLEGE”

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Adiong Memorial Polytechnic State College located in the Municipality of Ditsaan-Ramain, Province of Lanao del Sur, is hereby renamed as the Adiong Memorial State College.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The provisions of Republic Act No. 8292, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997”, shall form part of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall become effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
