SECTION 1. Act Numbered One thousand two hundred eighty-five is further amended by inserting between sections six and seven thereof, the following: "SEC. 6-A. All provisions of law to the contrary not-the society is exempted as of July four, nineteen hundred forty-six, from the payment of all taxes on any receipts or income received by it from whatever source."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1954.
