Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija to be known as the Aliaga Land Transportation Office District Office.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO district office in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.) VICENTE C.
