AN ACT CREATING A DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE IN THE FOURTH LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. A district engineering office of the Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby created in the Fourth Legislative District, Province of Bukidnon, to be located in the City of Valencia, and referred to as the Bukidnon Fourth District Engineering Office.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Bukidnon Fourth District Engineering Office shall serve the City of Valencia and municipalities of Pangantucan and Kalilangan, all located in the Fourth Legislative District of the Province of Bukidnon.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of the District Engineering Office of the Fourth Legislative District of the Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
