SECTION 1. January 8 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, to be known as "Pavia Day", to commemorate its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President January 8 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.) FRANCIS "CHIZ" G. ESCUDERO (SGD.)
