Section 1

SECTION 1. Item thirty-four (e), subsection (a), Title C of section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred find twenty, on page one hundred and fourteen thereof, is hereby repealed, and the sum of forty-five thousand pesos therein provided is hereby appropriated for the construction of the CalananTuga-Pinukpuk Road in Mountain Province.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, May 10, 1955.
