AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 28 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY

Section 1

SECTION 1. November 28 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the Province of Sarangani in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
