AN ACT CREATING A CLASS "D" DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUA, PROVINCE OF CAMRINES SUR

Section 1 Creation.

SECTION 1. Creation. - A regular Class "D" District Office of the Land Transportation Office is hereby created in the Municipality of Nabua, Province of Camarines Sur.

Section 2 Funding.

SEC. 2. Funding. - The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Nabua, Province of Camarines Sur, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3 Effectivity.

SEC. 3. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
