AN ACT UPGRADING THE DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, FROM A CLASS "C" TO A CLASS "B" DISTRICT OFFICE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Agoo, Province of La Union, is hereby upgraded from a Class "C" to a Class "B" district office.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Agoo District Office in the Province of La Union, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the said office. Thereafter, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
