AN ACT UPGRADING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE PARTIDO DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIGAON, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, FROM CLASS "D" TO CLASS "C" AND APPROPRIATING FUND THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Partido District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) located in the Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby upgraded from a Class "D" to a Class "C" district office.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Department's program the operationalization of the Partido District Office in the Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
