Section 1
SECTION 1. The district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Laoag City, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby upgraded into a Class "A" district office.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Department's program the operationalization of Class "A" LTO District Office in Laoag City, Province of Ilocos Norte, the initial funding of which hall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the LTO District Office. Thereafter, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.) FRANCIS "CHIZ" G. ESCUDERO (SGD.)
