Section 3
Open ↗SEC. 3. The existing workforce of the APMC, which include doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly.
Section 4
Open ↗SEC. 4. The Secretary of Health shall, after consultation with the Medical Center Chief of the APMC, and in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management and the Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, determine the additional new positions to be created.
Section 5
Open ↗SEC. 5. The Secretary of Health shall immediately include in the Department's program the implementation of this Act, the funding of which shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
Section 6
Open ↗SEC. 6. If any provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 7
Open ↗SEC. 7. All other laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 8
Open ↗SEC. 8. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (SGD.)
