Section 1

SECTION 1. January 16 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the City of Navotas, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.Approved, (SGD.)
