AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 17 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGSAYSAY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY

Section 1

SECTION 1. June 17 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Magsaysay, Province of Davao del Sur, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary. However, upon proclamation of the President, June 17 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Magsaysay, Province of Davao del Sur.

Section 2

SEC. 2. - This Act shall become effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
