Section 1

Section 1. The sum of twenty-three million pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional Coun­terpart Fund to carry out the purposes of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred and four.

Section 2

Sec. 2. This appropriation shall be available for ex­penditure until exhausted even after June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-seven.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred fifty-six.
