Section 2
Open ↗SEC. 2. The President of the Philippines is hereby authorized to select the new capitol site within the locality mentioned in section one hereof.
Section 3
Open ↗SEC. 3. Upon the approval of this Act, the capital of the Province of Camarines Sur shall be the Municipality of Pili.
Section 4
Open ↗SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 16, 1955.
