SECTION 1. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional fund to carry out the purposes of Republic Act Numbered Ten hundred eighty-two for the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-five to nineteen hundred fifty-six.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 16, 1955.
