SECTION 1. The Kabankalan Elementary School situated at Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, is hereby named and to be known henceforth as the Esteban R. Abada Memorial School.

SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools shall effect the change immediately upon the approval of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 10, 1956.
