AN ACT REPEALING SECTIONS TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE, AND THREE HUNDRED OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Sections two hundred ninety-six, two hundred ninety-seven, two hundred ninety-eight, two hundred ninety-nine and three hundred, Chapter Eight, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, are hereby repealed: Provided, That all fees to heretofore collected under the above-named sections of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six as amended, shall continue to be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All fees uncollected under the above specified provisions of said Act are hereby condoned.

Section 3

SEC. 3.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
