Item B-031.13, Appendix A of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended to read as follows: "B-031.13: GR: 40: 20: 10: 10: -: -: -: b20: -: 1: -: - Construction of a road connecting Macanlig and Puntod to Pinamalayan- Lumangbayan Road" Pinamalayan- Lumangbayan Road Junction Macanlig Puntod (3 Kms.), Construction
