Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of San Marcelo in the Municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal, is hereby separated from the barrio of Tugatog and converted into a distinct barrio to be known as barrio Acacia of the same municipality.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
