Section 1

SECTION 1. The territory, bounded on the North by the provincial road from the Municipality of Bauan to the Municipality of Mabini, on the East by a river called Ilog ng Tubigan, on the West by the Sta. Maria River, and on the South, by the sea, is separated from the barrios of San Andres and Bolo, Municipality of Bauan, province of Batangas, and constituted into a barrio of the said municipality to be known as the barrio of San Miguel.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
