Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven is hereby amended on the following particulars: On page 103, Subdivision II: "(a) Asphalt paving of the following streets, Municipality of Bayawan, Negros Oriental: Buenavista Street from Zamora Street to Mabini Street; Mabini Street from Progreso Street to Burgos Street; Burgos Street from Mabini Street to General Luna Street; General Luna Street from Burgos Street to Nueva Street; Independence Street from Provincial Road to Nueva Street; La Libertad Street from Provincial Road to Rizal Street; Martirez Street from Provincial Road to Progreso Street; Progreso Street from General Luna Street to Martirez Street; Rizal Street from General Luna Street to La Libertad Street; Nueva Street from General Luna Street to Independence Street P15,000.00" On page 541: "13.
