The following sums are appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the period from July first, nineteen hundred fifty-six to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred fifty-seven, for the purposes specified hereunder:euben 1. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 16, 1956, except Item 2, for the SEATO Division, Home Office, Department of Foreign Affairs.
