SECTION 1. Items (f), (g), (h) and (i), paragraph thirty, page eighty-eight of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, for the Province of Masbate, are amended to read as follows :

Section 2

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
