Section 1
SECTION 1. Section twenty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Davao, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred sixty-eight, is further amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 20. The Assistant City Attorneys.—The city attorney shall have five assistants who shall each receive a compensation as follows: the first assistant, three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos; the second assistant, three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos; the third assistant, three thousand four hundred eighty pesos; the fourth assistant, three thousand three hundred pesos; and the fifth assistant, three thousand one hundred twenty pesos."
