AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED

Section 1

SECTION 1. Items (3) and (28), sub-paragraph q, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:

"(3) Repair and improvement of Central School and Home Economics Buildings, Ginatilan

P10,000.00

"(28) Construction of one additional room, Oslob Elementary School Building, Oslob

5,000.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. Item (13), sub-paragraph q, paragraph four, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Insert as item (98), sub-paragraph q, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, the following:

(98) Construction of an additional room, Nueva Caceres Barrio School Building, Oslob

P4,000.00

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
