Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitio of Bagbagin in the Municipality of Caloocan, Province of Rizal, is hereby separated from the barrio of Caybiga and converted into a distinct barrio to be known as barrio Bagbagin of the same municipality.

Section 2
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
