AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REGIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. With the approval of the Secretary of Education, the Director of Public Schools is hereby authorized establish and maintain a regional trade school in Sta. Cruz, Province of Laguna.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
