SECTION 1. Item (21), under "al. Nueva Vizcaya," section two of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:
"(21)
Construction and improvement of;
(a)
La Torre Elementary School Home Economics Building, Bayombong .............................. P10,000.00
(b)
Malasin Elementary School Home Economics Building, Dupax ........................................ 10,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
