SECTION 1. The Bitulok High School in the Municipality of Sabani, Province of Nueva Ecija, is reopened and converted into a national rural school to be known as the Sabani Estate Rural High School.

AN ACT REOPENING THE BITULOK HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SABANI, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, AND CONVERTING THE SAME INTO A NATIONAL RURAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SABANI ESTATE RURAL HIGH SCHOOL.
SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any fund, in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of necessary buildings, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-eight. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
