AN ACT TO ESTABLISH, ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN ONE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE AND TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to establish, organize and maintain one national agricultural school in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte of the Central Luzon Agricultural School type.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to located and acquire or cause to be located and acquired a suitable site for the purpose of this Act, which may be public or private lands situated within the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand its establishment and operation and maintenance during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the necessary appropriation for its maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
