Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Binalayan in the Municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar, is hereby converted into a regular barrio to be called henceforth as the barrio of Binalayan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
