AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ITBAYAT, PROVINCE OF BATANES.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a breeding station in the island Municipality of Itbayat, Province of Batanes, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-seven and so much as necessary for the purpose shall be provided in the General Appropriation Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
