AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SUBPROVINCE OF AURORA INTO A SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT AND REGULAR ENGINEERING DISTRICT, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Six hundred forty-eight is amended by inserting between sections four and five thereof the following new section:

Section 2

SEC. 2. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Section 4-A

SEC. 4-A. The Subprovince of Aurora shall constitute a separate, independent and regular engineering district, to which a district engineer shall be assigned in accordance with law.
