Section 1
SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Six hundred forty-eight is amended by inserting between sections four and five thereof the following new section:
Republic Act No. 1974 (RA 1974) — An Act Constituting the Subprovince of Aurora into a Separate, Independent and Regular Engineering District, Amending for the Purpose Republic Act Numbered Six Hundred Forty-Eight.

Section 2
SEC. 2. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 22, 1957.
Section 4-A
SEC. 4-A. The Subprovince of Aurora shall constitute a separate, independent and regular engineering district, to which a district engineer shall be assigned in accordance with law.
