AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a breeding station in the Municipality of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-eight.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
