AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN OYSTER CULTURE AND DEMONSTRATION STATION AT BUGUEY LAKE AND ITS TRIBUTARY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, CAGAYAN PROVINCE, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, an oyster culture experimental and demonstration station at Buguey Lake and its tributary in the Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
