AN ACT CONVERTING THE CABAGAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABAGAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Cabagan High School in the Municipality of Cabagan, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a national agricultural high school to be known as the Cabagan National Agricultural School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools and subject to the provisions of the School Law. Courses of secondary level shall be offered in said school.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance" of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-eight. Such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
