SECTION 1. Subsection (c), section fourteen, of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-six, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and fifty-four, is further amended to read as follows: "(c) Vehicles drawn by animals and bancas moved by oar or sail, and tugboats and lighters."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Enacted, without Executive Approval, June 23, 1957.
